You’ll order the lab kits through me, and then we’ll go through the results together to determine what they mean for your health and what you can do to move the numbers, if necessary.

At Home Lab Testing is as Easy as 1-2-3

  • 1. Plan

    Schedule an appointment with Ashley to determine what lab tests you need based on your symptoms and goals, or simply request one of our at-home lab kits.

  • 2. Prep

    Collect your lab samples at home & mail them in using the handy instructions provided with the kit. A licensed physician will read your results and email them to you.

  • 3. Thrive

    Schedule an appointment to share your results with Ashley, who can help you understand what they mean and make a plan to optimize your health.
