What Counts as Exercise?

What “counts” as exercise?! 

This is a big question these days.

The answer: Moving your body in any way that feels good in your body and/or brain for any amount of time. 

How’s that for doable? 

Old school thinking was that you must move for at least 30 minutes at one time to get the benefits.  But research is showing that moving your body when you can, for however long you can and enjoy it, is key!

If what you can do today is 10 mins of moving, you can still call it a win! 

If we add up our wins instead of treasure our “failures” we are more likely to stick with it, which is really the key.

So think about ways that you love to move your body, and stick with those.
