Tackling Guilty Feelings

Did you know that on average people spend about five hours a week feeling guilty?

This is especially true for women. If you find yourself feeling guilty this week, try asking yourself where these emotions are coming from and whether there’s a sound basis for them (many times we’re being too hard on ourselves!). COULD you be giving more to your friends, family, career, etc- or are you really doing the very best that you can? Showing yourself some self compassion–and treating yourself like you’d treat your best friend–can bring some relief.
